We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Privileged Access Management Product team at Identity and Trust Platforms, to help us build world class multi-cloud solutions at scale. As an experienced professional in Business Analysis, you’ll shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. In addition to working with the development team to create new solutions, you’ll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. While your role requires deep technological skills – including expertise in everything from data management to functional design – it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. You’ll offer clear guidance and feedback to your Business Analysis colleagues, while promoting the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

This role will be primarily focused on shaping and driving a strategic initiative to transform that way we assure our multi-cloud platforms meet or exceed the risk and controls requirements of the firm and regulators.

You Are

  • A proactive problem solver with a growth mindset who enjoys working in a face paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Able to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships across multiple teams inside and outside of your line of business, to achieve common goals
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement and using technology to remove waste and manual effort to achieve business outcomes

Preferred (but Not Mandatory) Experience / Expertise

  • Previous experience working in Agile teams that deliver in-house software products / services
  • Familiarity with data driven event models and working with large data sets
  • Familiarity with internal and external audits on technology and responding to requests for information
