One of the biggest companies in Lithuania and one of the biggest freight carriers in Europe – Girteka Logistics has started a huge programme which will implement a number of various most technologically advanced SAP tools within the company. One of these tools is SAP Analytics Cloud and Girteka is looking for a Business Analyst to have a hands-on approach to help implementing this process. Main responsibilities for the position are as such:

• Understand and analyze various complexity business needs for the business reports and data
• Prepare instructions, interpret and communicate business needs to SAP implementation team
• Understand BI tool architecture capacities and logic, and revert this back to business
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ of experience in analytical role
• Education in exact science
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
• Present good command of English and advanced excel skills
• Familiarity with BI tools (SAP knowledge would be an advantage)
• BI and data code reading skills (advantage)

• Base monthly salary: from 2145 € to 3200 € (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
