Intersnack IT KG is a member of the Pfeifer & Langen Industrie- und Handels-KG’s group of companies and a sister company to Intersnack Group. Established from the international harmonisation and centralisation of Intersnack Group’s IT estate we are responsible for all group-wide IT services for and within Intersnack Group. It’s our target to provide the common IT infrastructure, aligned IT services and business solutions according to Intersnack’s requirements. Purpose of Role

The Business Analyst – Logistics & Manufacturing (all gender) is supporting the development and roll-out of the group-wide INS Group IT-Solutions in the area of Supply Chain & Manufacturing and other related 3rd party solution. Furthermore, you will manage and support the other related 3rd party solutions (e.g. WMS, Transporeon) during the complete lifecycle including Releasemanagement.

The post holder has a broad understanding of the business needs, current solutions, technology strategies, IT standards, and security requirements. In this position you will act on operational level and have a strong “hands on” mentality to support the business during and after implementation as well as in daily business.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the group-wide INS Group IT-Solutions in the area of all technical topics regarding Warehousing, Transportation, Manufacturing, Quality and other related 3rd party solutions etc.
• Support Roll-out of INS Group IT-Solutions and other systems in the plants
• Develop technical documentations (IT) following the Intersnack’s IT standards and ways of working for INS Group IT-Solutions
• Oversee upgrades processes, support businesses for applications testing & validation processes with business users
• Ensure IT business systems solutions meet the strategic and process needs of the Group business
• Develop Roadmaps and work along for a continuous improvement
• Support of daily business & Manage the Support unit within functional area
• Analyze Code-Drops (Releasemanagement) and orchestrate process
• Documentation of internal IT processes

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5+ years of experience with support of solutions within area of Supply Chain & Manufacturing and minimum 3+ years of relevant Business Application delivery, ideally in the food industry or FMCG (Fast-Moving Customer Goods), or industry experience in significant IT change projects and/or process management
• High IT affinity and interest in the design and integration of IT solutions in close connection with business needs
• Experience in working with the business and IT, building roadmaps as well as experience in interfacing and error handling in the area of Supply Chain & Manufacturing
• Define, implement and control system related processes
• Support Migration and Roll-Outs
• 3+ Year experience with the management of outsourced IT Applications service providers
• Know how in dealing with 3rd party software systems in this functional area
• Good skills in relation to business processes (BPM), Change Management as well as IT systems
• Infor M3 experience in the area of Supply Chain & Manufacturing and profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Follow the lean / six sigma approach
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must, German is a plus
• Willingness and possibility to travel
