Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant

Immediate need with growing property management firm in Cumming, GA for an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant to assist with the day to day entry and bookkeeping. Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Bank Account Reconciliations for four accounts with high volume of transactions
• Oversee entry of data from one system to another (Appfolio & Sage 50)
• Excel reporting requirements

Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant Experience Requirements:

Prior Experience In Property Management Preferred

Previous Sage 50 or Appfolio a strong plus

A minimum of two years of Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge
