Venezuelan Community in Ireland
The Relationship Development Officer (RDO) will maintain smooth operations with our NGO’s beneficiaries in Venezuela and overseas.
He/She will formalize our current operations, embracing a more formal structure of our current aid. RDO will also conduct research to expand our alliances and current beneficiaries in Venezuela and Ireland, targeting those groups or NGO’s that work within a good governance scheme: transparency and accountability, impact measurement, monitoring and reporting of their programs. RDO will work closely with the Treasurer within the Finance Committee, to ensure effective accounting of our finance operations.
Responsibilities of the DRO
- Maintain constant communication with our current NGO’s allies in Venezuela
- Ensure that existing and new NGO’s sign and adhere to our Donor/Beneficiary Agreement
- Follow up and monitor NGO’s performance established in the Donor/Beneficiary Agreement
- Work closely with the treasurer in terms of accounting for the aid released to Venezuela
- Routinely administrative support to Finance Committee
- Reporting to: Chairperson and Treasurer
