Job Description
- Legal advisory leadership role in the Blockchain industry
- Be involved in the global blockchain community – stay up to date with the latest legal proposals and policies
- Be responsible for keeping the organization completely compliant and adhere to relevant Blockchain-related legal frameworks
- Contribute to the contract management process
- Establish regulatory standards and guidelines within the organization, ensure compliance
- Give legal advice on relevant reference architectures (e.g. white papers)
The Successful Applicant
- A completed LL.B., LL.M. or another academic degree in law is a must
- Working experience in a major law firm, ideally servicing technology companies or financial institutions
- Proven track record within the Blockchain industry – this is a must
- Ability to take control of processes, identify red flags, and propose innovative thinking
- A practical mindset paired with complex project management
- Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus
