Short description:
As the leader for Quality Assurance and Advanced Analytics, you will bring to market new innovative product offerings in quality data, quality planning, quality control, and AI-driven industrial analytics as well as manage and grow a portfolio of existing products. Delivering differentiated industrial analytics across edge and cloud by enabling integration of OT/IT data is a central focus of our growth strategy. You will lead a team of product managers to execute on this vision.
The position will report to the Head of Product Management for Metrology Software. In this position, you will also work with and drive alignment across stakeholders, other BU product leaders to define integrated offerings, product marketing, market access, and go to market functions.
Tasks in detail:
- Identify opportunities, ideate, and define new innovative product offerings in the QA and industrial Analytics space
- Drive growth and adoption of SaaS and current generation of products.
- Defining & prioritizing requirements with a strong understanding of the customer & competition and incorporating competitive analysis in strategy and execution
- Owning the successful release of HxGN solutions
- Develop and manage a winning strategy with regional GTM leaders for the portfolio of software offers
- Continuously bolster sales renewal efforts by driving awareness of new product capabilities
- Developing sales enablement content to ensure Sales teams are equipped with understanding how capabilities address customer needs
- Engaging with customers & their implementation partners to help solve critical challenges
- Evangelize the QA and Analytics product portfolio with the field and customers
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of demonstrated skills in product management and/or product or commercial marketing in an enterprise or industrial software company
- Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market and enabling direct and indirect sales channels
- Ability to forecast revenue, profitability, and market share growth is key
- Experience of cloud-based (SaaS, PaaS) as well as on-prem product management.
- B.S. in Computer Science/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Industrial Engineering required.
