War Childs ambition is to reach more children through our evidence-based interventions and quality programmes. We hope to increase our reach by strengthening the capabilities of our implementing colleagues and local partner organisations.

The learning paths are expected to be a clever blend of face-to-face training and more remote & e-learning modalities. These take into account accessibility in various contexts, and the potential to reach large audiences.

The learning service will include a user-design learning development process, based on all the tools and modules we have already developed, as part of this the learning manager will be supported in our self-assessment to become a certified learning provider through HPass (Humanitarian Passport Initiative).

  3. Support process whereby War Child becomes a certified learning provider through HPass, by coordinating a self-assessment activity on the kinds of learning development resources we have available.
  4. Support thematical colleagues in the development of several prioritized blended learning paths. One of these learning paths is expected to support the implementation of our We-Act tool, which is one of our evidence-based methods.
