Here’s where you come in:

As the Audit Reporting, Accounting, Finance Controller Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure compliance with statutory and external reporting obligations for the global financial operations of WVI. This includes:

• Lead staff in the operational management of year-end audit process
• Manage financial reporting and compliance related matters for the WVI global entity
• Identifying gaps in existing global finance policies and procedures and drive changes to enhance practice in the Global Centre, Regional Offices, Field Offices and Support Offices, where appropriate
• Lead the reporting and analysis of internal audit findings and internal control self-assessments by offices to inform financial management practice across the Partnership

Requirements include:

• Minimum of eight years of professional private/corporate accounting work experience or five years in public accounting.
• Management experience required.
• Work experience in public accounting firm or non-profit organization highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or the equivalent.
• Accredited with CPA, Institute of Chartered Accountants or equivalent professional accounting body.
• Strong knowledge in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
