Assistant Manager – Risk Management

  • Build, maintain and enhance the risk management culture within the Company.

  • Implement risk management policy and procedures across the Company.

  • Identify and document the major risks facing the Company in coordination with Risk Champions. Ensure consistency in risk identification, risk treatment and risk monitoring processes throughout the Company.

  • Maintain Company level risk register.

  • Work with risk champions and management to determine appropriate responses to risk situations as necessary.

  • Advise on the appropriate use of methodologies, tools and techniques within the context of the risk policy.

  • Creating risk models to quantify (where possible) the different risks within the Company.

  • Design, implement, test and document the internal models that support the risk management system.

  • Review risk management policies and procedures, identify gaps and ensure its timely implementation
