Team background:

The Forex & Money Market Global Competence Center is an IT Application team within the Markets and F&A business line, responsible for a portfolio of 6 global applications covering FX and Money Market asset classes (including the Global FX Front Office system, Finastra Kondor+). Our systems are available to users in multiple locations (Milano, Munich, London, New York, Hong Kong), while the team itself is based across London, Munich and Warsaw.

The section in Warsaw focuses on business analysis and development tasks, delivering both run and change activities supporting our global FX business.

Key Responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to provide project management / business analyst support for the FX/MM IT team and to oversee our delivery pipeline.

Role-related responsibilities:

  • Overseeing diverse, moderately complex IT projects / deliverables for the GCC
  • Project planning, execution and monitoring
  • Utilizing expertise and leadership skills to coordinate the project team, resolve issues and ensure project goals and requirements are met
  • Communicating with end users, providing timely and accurate information and status updates
  • Gathering internal effort cost/time estimations for project requests
  • Understanding and validating business requirements, specifications with impact on our area
  • Creating and organizing project documentation as per UniCredit standard
  • Collecting business sign-offs
  • Supporting end users

Essential requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in banking IT or consulting environment, either as project manager (using Agile or Waterfall) or business analyst/consultant
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Problem solving abilities, including the ability to think innovatively
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the firm and to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work both independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work with different cultures and nationalities
  • University Degree in Economics or other financial related field of study

We process personal data that we receive from you in the recruitment process.

In addition, trusted data processors (in particular IT service providers) and contractors (such as recruitment agencies and other recruitment service providers) are going to receive your data in the scope that it is necessary for the provision of their services. In order to protect the legitimate interests of the controller, some of your personal data may be forwarded to law firms and to institutions for the recovery of claims (including bailiffs). All entities that process data are required by virtue of concluded agreements to treat your data confidentially and only for the purpose of performing the services provided.

5. How long are my data going to be stored?

We process your personal data during the recruitment period for the position you apply for. If you have agreed to the use of your personal data in future recruitment, we shall process your data also for the purposes of future recruitment, but no longer than for two years from when you provided us your consent.

In some cases, the period of storage of your personal data may be extended by a period of limitation of claims. As a rule, the period of limitation for claims in employee cases is 3 years, but may also be longer.

At any time, within the scope provided for by the law on the protection of personal data, you have the right to information, rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data transfer.
