POSITION SUMMARY: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Selected individual will be responsible for activities including but not limited to: To ensure policy, risk management and contract compliance in all strategic sourcing projects · Manage all aspects of supplier administration for the project, including bidding to prequalified bidders, negotiation/execution of contracts, and etc. · Prepare and send out RFPs to suppliers for high impact, high spend, complex products and services according to PVH APAC Procurement Policy. Using benchmarking techniques, identify & introduce competition into the supply base, evaluation responses from suppliers · Partner with business units and legal team in the negotiation of contracts and agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). While ensures compliance with operational requirements, internal controls, and regulations · Analyze historical spend to assist in the development of procurement strategies. Also, works with Financial on reviewing category spend, take the · Contact vendors and subcontracts and maintain a positive vendor/subcontractor relationship, Ensure that new suppliers are appraised through relevant quality approval & evaluation system · Support stakeholders on cost analysis and selection activities · To work with different departments for cost saving Procurement projects · Performance tracking and data consolidation/analysis · Contribute to the continuous improvement & development of the procurement function by constantly challenging processes and through idea generation on a regular basis · Other duties as assigned. ____________________________________________________________ INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Internal: Business stakeholders, finance, legal External: Vendors ____________________________________________________________ Functional Competencies: · Strong analytical and negotiation skills; vendor management, contracting and coordination with various stakeholders · Exceptional interpersonal and cross functional communication skills. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization. · Depth of knowledge in MS Office and such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint · Fluent in English and Mandarin ____________________________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: Minimum of 5 years-experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably with MNCs Experienced in RFP/RFI process, vendor due diligence and selection, project management and tracking of saving Education: University graduate
