What you’ll do:

As the Assistant Manager, People Service you will support our employees across out Fullfillment and Logistics teams in KSA and act as a point of contact for the Line Managers and Employees in KSA for all matters related to the Onboarding/Offboarding lifecycle, including employee inductions, Medical and GOSI enrolment, Payroll Management, relocations, and company employment separations and end of services.

The Assistant Manager, People Services will:

● Lead onboarding and offboarding activities for Fugistics employees.

● Be the owner of the onboarding tracker, and keep new hires and Fugistics hiring manager updated with all new progress.

Ensure all new noon joiner processes are followed by the team- welcome box, inductions, bamboo maintenance, enrolment in medical insurance and GOSI.

● Managing 3P onboarding in Fulfilment and Hubs, this includes communicating with fulfillment and Hubs leaders and collecting 3P documents (Iqama, Ajeer, employment contacts..).

Coach and train Fugistics leader on onboarding protocols and keep them updated with new materials and requirements.

● Working with TA to support on the onboarding of new hires and lead the process with GR, for overseas hiring Visa issuance, and local hires sponsor transfer.

● Managing payroll for noon employees work with SS team, and keep them updated with new hires, leavers, relocations, vacations, and deductions.

● Managing and ensure transferring 3P to noon payroll met with Gov. regulations and noon process.

● Handling employees’ relocations (noon and 3P), and ensuring process and documentation met and payroll updated.

Supervise the off-boarding process and ensure all clearances are completed and removing them from Medical insurance and GOSI.

● Working with SS team to make sure leavers will get their EOSB on time.

Ensure audit compliance within onboarding and offboarding.

Adherence to compliance with Saudi labor law.

Ensure Team SLA’s are met and regularly monitor the onboarding and offboarding process

Supervise Medical Insurance enrollments are processed in a timely manner

Align with the Insurance company for adhoc approvals, reimbursements

Support regular communication with employees in case of any issues with the Insurance company

● Mentor and coach team members, setting clear KPIs and conducting monthly check in sessions.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline ideally with a HR qualification

5 – 7 years’ experience within HR People Operations

Saudi Labor Law knowledge

Experience working in industries that support a large headcount

Demonstrated ability to communicate and deal effectively with all levels of an organization

Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

Proven efficiency in dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces

Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail and accuracy.
