What you’ll do:

● Responsible for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the company’s multi‐channel fulfillment network.

● Work with all stakeholders (Logistics, Planning, Central operations) to achieve the set targets and adhere to all procedures and policy of noon fulfillment center.

● Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including: Inbound, Stores, Shipping, Quality Control and maintaining inventory and associated records.

● People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.

● Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Fulfillment to meet and exceed Business Plan. Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for Area Managers.

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or supply management or a similar role.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.

● Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.

● Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

● Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast paced and rapidly growing company.

● A passion for safety as a value rather than just a priority.

● Ability to manage and prioritize projects and delegate tasks appropriately.

● Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions.

● Technologically savvy, familiarity with google suite a plus.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
