The Role
About the Client: One of the leading international group of companies in UAE with successful track of records in various business sectors such as Healthcare, Catering, Real Estate, Automotive, Logistics, Hospitality and Retail Job Description:
- Search and focus in new development areas in UAE, mainly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Mapp for interesting potential areas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Update the competition map
- Coordinate with the Contractors and Developers on external matters
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
- Must have an experience in real estate in commercial/retail or in Supermarket Business Development
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
