Responsibilities Supporting clients for the installed solutions Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps Participation in providing training to customers as required Data Management for web applications Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the end users and clients while keeping a close eye on quality of response and within SLA timeframes Guide client end users on application features and proper use of the application Keep records of customer interactions and maintain knowledge base of queries and support provided Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks Work with testing and development team to plan and release production builds SKills RequiredGood testing skills Good research skills Good written and verbal communication skills Technical Knowledge Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and understanding existing SQL based code in the form of views, stored-procedures or user-defined functions (primarily on MS SQL Server) Experience in installing and configuring ASP.NET based web applications and windows services. Moderate experience in generating reports using SQL and SSRS Knowledge in Google Analytics and Webmaster tool is an added advantage Strong knowledge in IP, SMTP, FTP and other networking protocols Understands basic installation/configuration activities in Windows Server 2008 and above Experience with web technologies, HTML, CSS and Javascript will be a plus Education MJob originally posted on GrabJobs.
