We are looking to hire an experienced candidate who can handle Travel Services for staff and guests. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is able to independently build relationships across multiple teams and external parties.

Role Description:

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience/qualification in line with those defined below:

• Experience in handling reservations, ticketing, booking
• Experience in processing travel requests and reimbursements
• Preferably some experience/exposure in working/conversing with Travel Applications (i.e. Amex, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Should possess the ability to work under pressure
• Should be able to pay a good level of attention to detail
• Should be able to fluently navigate through/and use the full power of the MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

Candidate Profile (Qualification & Experience required):

• Bachelor degree
• Multi lingual (Arabic & English preferable)
• 5+ years’ experience within the airline/travel industry
• Needs to have worked in Travel Industry and/or with a Travel Services Agency for at least 5 years
• Able to work outside of working hours (depending on the business needs)
