Duty 1: Metrics, Reporting and Analytics

• Gathers, manipulate and scrub supply chain related dataneeded as per pre-defined instructions
• Extracts/generates quantitative information from procurementsystems using standard queries. Combines extracted data fromdifferent system tools.
• Performs data validation to achieve data consistency
• Calculates data using available fields within the gatheredinformation. (basic math).
• Analyzes the data and provides interpretation andrecommendation based on findings (e.g. price parity, dpo parity, KPI metrics) thru comparative analysis (e.g. comparing actualsvs historical information)
• Prepares standard supply chain related reports based on standard templates
• Maintains the master list of documented information (e.g.procedures, forms, templates, manuals, articles, externaldocumented information, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.
• Updates an existing Documented Information related documents and processes (e.g. procedures, forms, templates,manuals, articles, external documented information, etc.) basedon the documentation guidelines (e.g. identification, description,format)

Duty 2: System Support and Maintenance

• Gathers, manipulates, scrubs and formats supply chain relateddata needed as per pre-defined instructions
• Extracts/generates quantitative information from procurementsystems using standard queries. Combines extracted data fromdifferent system tools.
• Follow business process in updating the system to ensureaccuracy of information
• Validates, encodes changes related to the system (e.g. partnumber, collection plan) and completes the setup based onagreed turn-around-time
• Follow business process in updating the system to ensure accuracy of information
• Collaborate and communicate with suppliers, get commercialinformation (e.g. transfer price, lead time) or other relatedinformation needed to update the system

• Purchasing Manager and Account Manager

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• BS IE, BS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, BSBA in Supply Chain, Purchasing or other Engineering/Management relateddiscipline

Job Related Experience:

• 1 year related experience in the following:
  • Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Data mining, manipulation, analysis and reporting
