Job Type: Full Time 6:30am-4pm
Job Location: Converse, Texas
Offer
Travel Required for Training in Dallas Texas
- Pay $700 Salary weekly

- One Week Paid Vacation Time After First Year of Service
Role And Responsibilities
- Pulling and Closing Permits (Driving Required)
- Keeping City Registrations Current
- Process Applicants and New Hire documentation
- Data Entry
- Digitizing files
- Maintaining files
- Filing, copying and other clerical duties
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications Requirements
- Valid Texas Drivers License is REQUIRED
- Driving history free of speeding tickets, DWIs, and other serious violations.
- Pass a Drug /Background /Driving Record Screening
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- The candidate must be responsible, mature and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Must be able to self pace and work under pressure
- Scanning software experience is a Plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer proficient (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with inventory control
- Fluency in Spanish and English,
- Experience in the construction industry a PLUS
