Main duties of the job
The post holder will maintain the efficient and effective running of the Department; answering individual enquiries promptly and professionally providing coordination within the team where required.
The post holder will have a key role in ensuring referrals are collated and will liaise with junior administrative staff and clinical staff ensuring activity is recorded and information shared seamlessly.
Essential skills for the role include IT and typing skills and the ability to transcribe from a Dictaphone.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
