Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role include:

  • Making appointments for the project team
  • Organising meetings with stakeholders
  • Attending project team meetings
  • Delegated actions from meetings
  • Data entry
  • Database management
  • Typing
  • Answering the phone/ taking and passing on messages
  • Photocopying

This post is fixed term for 8 months to meet the needs of the service
