JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROFILE

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the selected candidate will join the administrative team. His/her objective is to provide administrative and accounting support and to support the daily operational needs of the department. He or she plays an important support role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

The Assistant must have excellent attention to detail, autonomy, time management and the ability to respond quickly to various requests. An interest in sustainable development or international development is an asset.

MAIN TASKS

· Verification, compilation and data entry ;

· Ensure the administrative follow-up of external contracts with partners and suppliers ;

· Management of electronic files ;

· Ensure updating of corporate documents ;

· Manage time sheets, bookkeeping and coordination with project agents ;

· Contribute to the development and updating of administrative procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in administration, management, or related field with one (1) year of experience in a similar role.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

· Fluency in French and English, both written and oral ;

· Proficiency in the Office suite of software ;

· Excellent computer skills (Skype, Google Docs, Dropbox, Internet) ;

· Attention to detail ;

· Autonomy ;

· Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
