  • Description:* Key Responsibilities Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of functional area.
  • May assist professional and technical staff with special projects.
  • Manage and Provide data and information to other functions on processes and procedures, as requested.
  • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Performs general administrative duties to include coordinating meetings/appointments, electronic file maintenance, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel for Medical Directors. Creates letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other materials. Collects data and prepares reports. Answers functional questions from internal customers; viewed as a key functional resource. Anticipates and coordinates assignments, organizes own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines. Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
