Where you’ll be working
You will be working at Hornsby Hospital Adult Mental Health Unit.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role is for an after hours receptionist, working Monday to Friday 4 to 8pm.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

- Previous experience in the provision of reception duties and administrative support within a customer focused framework.
- Strong communication skills in interacting and liaising with a wide range of internal stakeholders and members of the public
- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support in a coordinated and timely manner.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, data entry and keyboard skills including Word, Excel and software databases.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise workloads and operate as part of a team.
