Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and overseeing day-to-day office operations, fleet management and support overseeing the project need procurements.
Reporting line to Human Resources Manager
Principal Responsibilities
Facility Management
- Planning and coordinating all office installations and refurbishments
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies
- Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Allocate office and parking spaces
Procurement
- Preparation and updating of Project Annual Procurement Plan
- Timely procurement of goods through preparation of all procurement documentation
- Coordinate and ensure timely responses to clarifications sought by bidders
- Ensure compliance with procurement method
Fleet Management
- Proper scheduling for vehicle maintenance
- Carrying out fleet management quality controls
- Ensuring compliance with Road Traffic laws
- Managing vehicle services
- Managing motor vehicle maintenance history

- Thorough knowledge of USAID and its contractual, procurement and reporting requirements required.

Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or Social Science
- Minimum 5-7 years administration work in a health/nutrition-related project
- Project procurement management experience
