Our Finance Team is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative with a flair for getting vendors paid and problem solving. If you need a new challenge and are experienced in accounts payable and administration in a finance environment, this could be just what you have been waiting for.
Reporting into Team Leader Accounts Payable, in this role you will communicate with the business and customers in an effort to assist our vendors getting paid on time.
Ko koe tēnei | About you
A strong administrator, you are someone who takes initiative and is not afraid to put new ideas on the table which will add value to the team and our organisation. A good sense of humour will be an advantage.
Previous experience with accounts payable processing and general office plus knowledge and experience in SAP (or ERP equivalent) would be highly advantageous.
We would also consider someone who currently undertaking training or just finished studying and have the experience we are seeking apply online today and start a new journey with Auckland Transport.
