Accounts Payable function in our organization is responsible to ensure that invoices flow in the company is managed according to all rules and requirements, whereas Supplier Invoice Financing ensures smooth suppliers and banks onboarding to factoring process. As a team, we strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our operation companies and other entities.
Main areas of responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Accounts Payable and Supplier Invoice Financing Process Experts
- Ensure that AP and SIF process supports internal policies, frameworks and guidelines
- Initiate, monitor and lead Accounts Payable and SIF Process changes, audit requirements
- Actively monitor efficiency and productivity improvements from both team and team culture perspective
- Contribute to Simple and Digital operations projects, work to standardize Source to Pay processes
- Contribute to engagement with Accounts Payable and SIF function stakeholders
- Collaborate with different teams in Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain organization, search for mutual touch points to increase department’s efficiency, performance and transformation
Who are you?
Your experience:
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts Payable/Accounting/Financial functions and Leadership roles
- Proven experience working in international organizations with complex business models and matrix organization
- Process, KPIs and statistics management experience
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Competence in SAP and Vendor Invoice Management is a merit

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2787 – 3500 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
