About The Role
To prepare and maintain monthly P&L of all fashion brands based on BI report or Extracting data from BI and formulating the same to obtain the monthly P&L statement for all Fashion brands.
Key Accountabilities
- Modify the periodic report according to Management needs,
- Preparing monthly cash office report of all fashion brands (F&F, Katespade, Bash, La-fee, Miss Mila, and Kiabi)
- Parking and posting of sales cash, credit cards of above brands based on Bank Statement and Store cash office report
- Reconciliation (receivable part) of bank statements for above brands.
- Clearing of all receivables GLs of above brands,
- Preparing submission file for monthly VAT returns file of F&F, Kiabi and beauty according to the compliance of Al Futtaim Retail Finance,
- Verify the stores petty cash submission of above brands and tracking the petty cash cheque, or Liaising with store team in case of discrepancies.
- Stock take Inventory posting of F&F Brand,
- SAP Budget upload of Financial Year 2018
- Supporting to Line Manager to identify the Loss Making stores or Creating an excel template/file to obtain various MIS reports like P&L, KPI, Loss making stores etc.
- Supporting wholesale team to prepare Invoice, Submission of LC document, etc during the absence of those who are handling the wholesale.
- Communication to the Store Team new changes in SOP procedure, which are related to Finance Department.
- Attending UAT session as per requirements of P&C and Finance Department
About You
To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- 4+ years’ experience in Accounting
- Attention to detail.
- MS Office skills.
- Multitasking.
- Collaboration.
- Strategic thinker.
- Excellent English Communication skill.
- Good Analytical skills & Interpersonal skills
