Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant

Role Requirements:

• Coding of all purchase invoices and entering onto accounts system
• Maintaining daily collections notes on shared aging ledger files and for each activity.
• Month and end-year process
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Payroll and utilities
• Treasury, budgeting
• Cash forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Check runs
• Fixed asset activity
• Other Ad-hoc duties and reporting as required
• Proactive chasing and robust following up of assigned outstanding debts by phone and emails until debt paid
• Purchase ledger

Qualification:

MBA, M.Com, ACCA Etc

Must be experienced in single-handed accounts handlings
