You
We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts-Executive who is interested to join the Accounting and Compliance Department who will be responsible for the accounting, vendor management, and Bank transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather all banking transactions via statements, recording activity in ERP and Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements.
- Daily bookkeeping functions with attention to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and disbursements.
- Communicating with various departments internally to facilitate timely payments and reduce outstanding accounts receivable/payable.
- Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- Performed and evaluated daily accounting functions like tracking expenses, readying deposits and preparing payments.
- Prepared Account books, month end closing entries for detailed reporting and record-keeping.
- Raise PI / Tax Invoice/Credit Note
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2-3 years of experience.
- good written and verbal communication skills.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle financial data.
- good knowledge of General Accounting.
