• Required Skills
o Good understanding of ITIL concepts and certified in Incident Problem and change methodology
o Good understanding of public/private cloud environments
o Unix , Windows in the virtualized environment, Logical understanding of Network infrastructure in datacenter domain
o Clear understanding of incident lifecycle management hosted in the datacenter environment.
o Good understanding of Tools deployed to manage the datacenter Management (Client owned /Service provider owned tools delivery platform)
o In depth knowledge in Managing the datacenter technologies and Service improvement plans
o Understand the automation and transformation lever to drive the delivery SME’s
• Desired Skills
o Cloud transformation
o Virtualization Concepts
o Data Analysis & Automation Concepts (Scripting / Tool Driven)
• Good experience in IT Infrastructure Operations/ Datacenter Operations & Management
• Experience in managing Azure cloud environment is mandatory
• Strong Techno-operational/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive with ability to balance decisions between Automation and People & Infrastructure
