As a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker in Dalveen Ward, you will be expected to work within the nursing team to provide high standards of patient centred care in partnership with the wider multi-disciplinary team. You will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the key roles and responsibilities which the Healthcare Support Worker role entails. You will be able to describe experiences of delivering on the key skills as described by NHS Education for Scotland HCSW Framework. This will demonstrate knowledge and skills under the four pillars framework of clinical skills, facilitated learning, leadership and service improvement.
