The UAE team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking individual into its Real Estate Strategy and Consulting service line. Knight Frank is a leading practitioner in global commercial real estate markets. The Real Estate Strategy and Consulting team provides strategic analyses on the residential, hospitality, office, healthcare, education, retail and industrial, real estate markets. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers and private and institutional investors.
You will be responsible for Undertake research for the identified services and provide meaningful market driven advice, undertake feasibility and highest and best use studies, assess risk and financial feasibility, have strong financial modelling skills in MS Excel and other business query tools (such as Power BI). The person should be able to develop financial models from scratch and have the ability to code macros. You will need to Keep abreast of key trends/developments in real estate regionally and globally in order to provide informed opinion
The candidate should have a property development or consultancy background with 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferably from the big 4 or well-known real estate consultancy firm.
