The Student Outreach Assistant works directly with the Associate Director of the LiveWell Office to assist with the planning, implementation and evaluation of all outreach programs and initiatives. The Outreach Assistant/Graphic Designer is expected to work 10 hours per week for a minimum of two semesters.

Responsibilities Include

• Performing clerical tasks and errands;
• Collaborating with the student coordinators, graduate assistant and members of the SHORE and LiveWell Peer Educator organizations;
• Creating messaging using posters, banners, social media and other designs; and
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Must be a current CCU student. This position serves as a role model for healthy living to CCU students. Candidate should possess creativity, be task-oriented, highly organized and flexible and be interested in areas relating to individual and community wellness. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of programs including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher, Canva and Adobe Suite (In-Design).
