YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an intern in the Equity Settlement department, you work within a dynamic team. You will participate on a clearer migration project by taking in charge of managing and monitoring the settlement of our cash equities operations

You participate in the following tasks:

• Pre-matching and matching of operations in Europe, Asia, and the US markets ;
• Validation of transactions with missing instructions (research of SSIs with counterparties) ;
• Communication with customers for the management of problems related to the settlement delivery ;
• Transmission to the Client Services department of operations with investigation or with rebooking ;
• Update of instructions and/or contacts for the Static Data department ;
• End of day reporting ;
• Controls ;
• Participation in the updating of static data.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Higher education, business school ;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools ;
• Fluent oral and written English. French is an advantage.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS : 2 to 3 interviews, depending on the profile.
