We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for Amazon Pay Gift Cards with high ownership, strong data analytics skills and a perennial drive to learn and innovate on behalf of our customers and corporate partners.
About The Role
Candidate will define and drive program domain for Amazon Pay Gift Cards – Internal Issuance. As end to end owner, you will work with category, finance, analytics and tech leaders to improve financial efficiency on Internal Issuance use cases. This role calls for an individual to showcase strong data analytical skills, capability to go multi-layer to understand root-causes, work through ambiguity to define organization level programs, drive scale through automation, display decision making to enhance customer and corporate partners’ experience and bring financial efficiencies through monetization. This role requires an individual to constantly innovate and learn thereby providing a steep learning curve, adding a fair amount of business skills to the individual.
In this position, you will –
- Define, own and manage programs to drive adoption and Amazon Pay Gift Cards as an instrument for internal Amazon use cases
- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps and define measurement frameworks to support actionable insights.
- Own PnL for internal issuance driving efficiencies on cost and revenue line items
- Drive business reviews with leadership and partner teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with teams internally and influence their roadmaps to adopt to Amazon Pay products.
- Lead automation to drive efficiency in Gift Card scale up through Business Development engagements

Basic Qualifications
An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
- Work experience (4+ years).
- Experience in Business development, program management or category management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities & experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
The position will be based in Amazon’s office in Bangalore.
