About the Internship 

We, at FULL Creative, believe that one can learn to do anything; Given the time and space where one can explore, experiment without the fear of failures. Our Human Resources internship is a hands-on learning experience which will expose the students to recruitment practises within our organisation.   

The Human Resources Internship is open to students who have completed or pursuing their MBA or PGDM or MSW. The internship period is for 3 months. Please note that you cannot do your project/ thesis here. This is also a fully remote, paid internship and the stipend will be 11,400 per month. You will have two rounds of interviews with the HR team. All the best!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing and Screening candidates on various job boards.
• Working on Job descriptions for the roles in the company.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates. 
• Play a key role in our learning and development. 
• Work closely with the HR team in organising and conducting employee engagement activities. 

SKILLS

• Good knowledge on HR concepts especially on recruitment.
• Ability to communicate information with clarity (Verbal & Written).
• Should posses good knowledge on basic functions in Excel/ Google Sheets.
• Work timing from 1 pm to 10 pm.
