About the role
Using your innate curiosity and research mindset, you’ll bring market intelligence and actionable insights to your business and recruiting partners. You will help ensure that we are tackling immediate talent priorities while simultaneously preparing for future hiring in a world-class way.
The role requires you to help us deeply understand how changes in the competitive and economic landscape inform the way we recruit and retain the very best talent for Andela. You’ll identify challenges our Talent Acquisition team and company should expect to face in the future and by partnering with the TA and company leadership teams, help us to think strategically and creatively about how to best equip ourselves to meet those challenges.
By researching and analysing labour market data, you’ll support the Andela Talent Acquisition team and the wider business with global and local market trends, competitive analysis and untapped talent opportunities. The net gain being a powerful capability to deliver strategic and meaningful recommendations to the business and talent acquisition teams from both a sourcing and a talent identification perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Provide market and competitive intelligence research to expand our sourcing strategies to untapped markets and companies; create robust and strategic talent strategies and competitive intelligence, proactively identifying and mapping out talent markets globally
- Build meaningful market and talent intelligence reports and dashboards, present actionable insight and strategic recommendations to the business and talent teams
- Communicate analyses and insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Improve existing data-collection methods and insight sharing templates
Requirements:
- Strong experience in corporate research, intelligence, talent analytics or Talent Intelligence consulting experience
- Experience managing complex projects or programs with multiple cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- A strong desire to collaborate with team and business partners
