We’re seeking Telephone Agents for fully remote work – the interview process, training and job role will be done from home.

Business-to-business lead qualifying work, full time Monday to Friday paid at £8.91 per hour.

Equipment Requirements

• Your own PC or Laptop
• Quiet environment to work without background noise or distraction
• USB headset (sometimes standard earphones do work and a test can be made to assess this)
• Good internet connection

• Windows 10
• Mac OSX 10.10 or later

Dialer System Internet Speed Requirements

• Download 30-35mbps
• Upload at least 8-10
• Ping – lower than 30

Previous telephone experience would be desirable but not required as training will be provided.

The position will involve making outbound calls to business professionals across the world on behalf of multiple clients.

Two different shift patterns are available (you will be required to join one of the following):

The day time shift hours are 8:00am – 3:30pm or 9:00am – 4:30pm (on a rota basis)

The afternoon/evening shift hours are 1:00pm – 8:30pm or 2:30pm – 10:00pm (on a rota basis)

The rate of pay is £8.91 per hour. This is paid weekly (one week in arrears.)
