Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we’ll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

As Solution Specialist (m/f/d) you will be part of the project management team and support our well-known customers in the digitalization of their construction projects. You will work for the European market leader and take on responsibility as well as exciting and varied tasks. You will have the opportunity to actively help shape a growing company that offers you excellent prospects. You can expect flat hierarchies, an unbureaucratic organization, and plenty of freedom for your own initiative and creative ideas.

What your day will look like

• You develop individual, technical solutions using our flexibly configurable software based on customer requirements
• You test your solution from the user’s point of view, document your approach and support the user in using the software independently
• In consultation with the responsible Technical Account Manager, you will make changes and enhancements to the modules you have configured and quickly find solutions to problems that arise during the project
• Conduction of user Trainings

What you need to fulfill the role

• higher professional training in the technical field
• Analytical mindset to quickly grasp customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Interest in familiarizing yourself with a complex software solution in order to be able to convince our customers with your competence
• Team cohesion is important to you and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Good German skills, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills. French skills are a plus
