TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Leadership

– Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnerships team in the region
– Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy
– Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
– Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management

Revenue Partnerships

– Establish and manage client relationships with large brands
– Drive deals to closure
– Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
– Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
– Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales

Campaign Planning and Management

– Facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from start to finish
– Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
– Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised to clients’ business and problems

Product Management

– Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
– Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
– Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok’s marketing solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications
– Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
– Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
– Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
– Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
– Excellent verbal and written English and Dutch language skills
– Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
