This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to be a Digital Marketing Executive and help grow CM.com within the Middle East Team.

The Opportunity

We need a go-to-market marketing executive who understands omni-channel customer experience, engagement, and mobile messaging.

You are autonomous and focused on creating processes for acquiring the largest and most innovative clients across key verticals to fuel our rapid growth and establishing CM.com has the premiere enterprise CPaaS brand.

You own the responsibility for maintaining and tracking digital marketing budgets and plans. We enable a lot of freedom, support, and guidance for you run your activities to ensure results are delivered.

This role is for experienced digital marketing professionals with a SaaS background. Communicating the value, ROI and benefits of what an omnichannel communication model. Your feedback will be important for market-fit, market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by promoting CM.com’s solutions.

This RoleYou will be supporting digital marketing campaigns for CM.com Middle East aligned with our HQ and global marketing strategy. You will be responsible in assisting and executing the regional Marketing Strategy and Action Plan, to support the Middle East activity and build our regional leadership position and growth ambitions.

This position is a two-fold role in that it involves the planning, execution, and co-ordination of B2B digital marketing as well as branding and public relations activities.

The role will require one to integrate a range of digital and brand activities. It will require the management of online platforms and social communities. It will also require active promotion of CM.com products on external platforms, not limited to Digital Marketing channels.

This role is a full-time job that consists of 40 hours/week and will be based in Dubai office.

Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Actively developing digital campaigns that drives lead generation and brand awareness including set up, and content creation.
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, Display).
  • Optimizing online campaigns to increase lead volumes, decrease cost per acquisition and outperform competition in our highly competitive industry.
  • Actively involved in SEO keywords, images and bidding strategy optimization.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • Nurture leads through the Marketing funnel to achieve qualified opportunities.
  • Bring creative marketing ideas to grow leads
  • Run as many creative experiments as possible to test new ideas to generate growth
  • Coordinate online marketing and brand building Initiatives, and understand digital and website design/UX fundamentals
  • Collaborate with CM.com’s Global Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across our international exposure
  • Attend brand events to assist with the management of CRM collection and digital activations
  • Attend to various marketing activities outside the scope of Digital Marketing

Sales Enablement

  • Provide our sales and customer success teams with the information, content, tools and processes they need to succeed at all stages
  • Prepare and help the Sales team make the most of leads and communications for their goals
  • Analyse needs, coverage, and feedback from the Sales team

Overall Experience

  • Experience as a B2B Marketing Executive (digital marketing, PR, events), preferably for a SaaS / marketing technology company
  • Strong understanding and expertise in B2B marketing to create lead-generating programs which drive customer acquisition and demand generation
  • PPC – Pay per click advertising. Setting and managing to CPL / CPA targets in LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • SEO – Search Engine Optimization to increase organic ranking for brand
  • Display – Display marketing of banner adverts through various inventory including Google Display Network.
  • Affiliates – Affiliate marketing through the affiliate platforms
  • Direct Social Media marketing on Facebook, Twitter, and other social platforms.
  • Media PR Coordination – Getting articles published on external tech and business websites together with coordinating PR events in Middle East for our brand
  • Direct Marketing – Email and SMS marketing campaigns to new and existing customers
  • Tracking, Reporting and Performance Monitoring on campaign performance through various tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Proficient in website content management, copy writing and editorial
  • Basic understanding and experience in CMS tools for copy and image updates of websites

Key Performance Areas

  • Compile online, digital, email, SMS and social media campaigns, tactical plans, and timelines
  • Update and optimize Middle East websites via content management systems on a continual basis with necessary artwork, promotional material, products, editorial and PR
  • Work with our global product and web development teams to provide the correct product data, descriptions, pricing, and availability on our Middle East website
  • Manage and develop e-newsletters and SMS campaigns, including design, content, and copy
  • Expenditure control and tracking of all activities to budget
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Management of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn including content, promotions, and conversations
  • Copy writing and content writing skills
  • Creative both visually and practically
  • Contribute to client and internal team meetings
  • Excellent presentation skills

Qualifications

  • Google AdWords Certification (PPC)
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Understanding / Experience in SEO
  • Understanding of application funnels, tracking and tag manager
  • Direct Marketing (Email and SMS advantageous)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills advantageous
  • Working in a CPA driven environment advantageous
  • Proficiency in the following tools advantageous: Microsoft Teams, Illustrator, Photoshop, Banner flow, Trello, SEM Rush, Salesforce.
