For our client, one of the world’s largest Manufacturing Service Organisations, we are looking for someone to be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. You will control the numbering, sorting, updating, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.

The duration of this contract is minimum four months.

Requirements

• Some experience in an administrative/organisational role
• Some experience with data organisation
• Fluency in English, additional fluency in German or French would be ideal
• Knowledge of SharePoint AND/OR SAP would be ideal
