Proclinical are recruiting an Application Manager, Production Systems for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Zurich. The client is focused on assisting those suffering from heart and blood vessel illnesses live healthy and gratifying lives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for assisting in the applications and their interfaces.
• Produce and consistently handle all pertinent IT system reporting.
• Serve as the main point of contact both internally and externally for the applications in your field of duties.
• You will be responsible for executing, operating, and altering to the outlined IT applications in the production setting.
• Assist the sub-project managers in the areas of MES (digitisation), automation, and machine connections.
• Offer advice and assistance to the divisions in process optimisation for the use of IT applications.
• Plan, process and resolve tass independently in outlined applications.

Skills & Requirements

• Educated to a degree level in an industrial engineering, business informatics, quality, logistics, manufacturing processes or similar disciplines.
• Familiarity with programming and knowledge in databases.
• Professional and project prior involvement in the subjects of digitisation and/or automation.
• Acquaintance with MES and Machine interfaces in a manufacturing organisation would be beneficial.
• A self-motivated individual who is focused on the quality and service of clients and presents self in a positive mindset.
• Fluency in the English and German languages.
