Program Management
- Coordinate and oversee preparation of operational plans and budgets for all the American Red Cross (AmRC) supported projects
- Coordinate with various offices and oversee the implementation and effective monitoring and evaluation of all the AmRC supported projects
- Establish or develop guidelines and/or strategies for program implementation
- Acts as advisor to the AmRC Ph Delegation and respective project team regarding project implementation
- Support Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in project proposal development
- Contribute to program enhancement activities of respective implementing offices
- Participate in the monthly AmRC operational call
- Perform other tasks determined necessary
Risk Management, Compliance and Finance Management
- Ensure overall compliance with Project Agreements between PRC & AmRC
- Prepare and implement a risk management strategy for the AmRC supported projects
- Oversee the preparation, review and presentation of required project budget and results reporting and documentation as outlined in the Project Agreements
- Participate in the AmRC Fiscal Year Planning
Coordination
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for cooperation with PRC offices, Red Cross and Red Crescent (RCRC) Movement partners and external partners in project planning and implementation
- Convene or participate in meetings and prepare required documents as needed
- Liaise support between PRC and AmRC
Monitoring
- Monitor compliance of reports by project staff or focal point
- Review and/or revise project reports submitted
- Prepare overall AmRC project report based on request
- Participate in the evaluation of the results and impact of the program
- Coordinate with AmRC Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team Leader, Disaster Management Service (DMS) Information Management (IM) and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER) on other monitoring & evaluation task
