Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing a draft project daily report

• Preparing the report and matching it with the project’s visual vision using the PowerBI program

• Improves the effectiveness of the databases by making them more user-friendly and error-free by continuous improvement and being open to comments and criticisms

• Analyze and interpret data and participate in the ongoing report preparation and dissemination.

• Follow-up reports and prepares the dashboard for the report

• Cleaning the reports received by the field team by discarding any irrelevant or false data.

• Authenticate and validate the source of information gathered by the field team.

• Ensure high quality of the information listed in the field team daily/weekly reports.

• Preparing the daily/weekly reports’ drafts and sharing them with the Humanitarian Affairs Consultant before sending them to translation.

• Provide feedback and answers to any questions or concerns about the daily/weekly reports

• Establish a report tracking system to follow up on the report updates.

• update the information received by the focal points on a daily/weekly basis using data collection software.

• Search and complete for missing documents

• Ensuring that work is safely stored in specified locations and performing backup operations.
