We have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our high performing National Recruitment Team working for a leading UK wide Health and Social Care provider.

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who will work collaboratively and in partnership with the recruiting managers. You will want to make a positive difference in people’s lives and be open, bold, and compassionate. You will play a key role within the team, ensuring that we meet the needs of our service users by recruiting high-quality values led professionals into the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment and will deliver an outstanding experience for both applicants and managers. We are looking for colleagues who enjoy communicating with a wide range of people and developing effective working relationships.

The postholder will have good creative skills and be able to think innovatively to effectively organise and coordinate the recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment.

Due to the nature of the role we can support home or hybrid working. You will be contractually based at your nearest Change Grow Live service or Regional Business Unit (London, Brighton, Manchester or Leeds) and there may be a requirement to attend meetings in, or work from a Change Grow Live building from time to time.
