We are looking to employ a HR Coordinator with outstanding administrative and communication skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, HR Coordinator should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration.
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors. Provide first line HR generalist advice and guidance to both employees and managers, seeking solutions where necessary. Support the team with various administrative tasks such as creating employee files, filing of employee documents & certificates, preparing visa and work permit applications & cancellations etc. across all regional offices. Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree plus one to two years’ experience in HR Admin/Coordinator role here in UAE Payroll experience is mandatory along with other HR functions.
Strong organizational, excellent verbal (English & Tagalog) and written communication skills and the ability to draw on these skills to act as an ambassador for the HR Department and the organization.
Strong Excel & MS Office skills must be able to demonstrate Excel analytics ability. Experience and ability to work with a diverse, multicultural staff
