The post holder will be responsible for developing corporate HR strategies that support delivery of CPS business objectives, in line with our CPS values, as set out in our CPS People Strategy 2025.
The post holder will have responsibility for developing and leading on employee engagement and wellbeing in the CPS, including the management of the Civil Service People Survey.
