1. Who is the H2H Network?

H2H stands for ‘humanitarian to humanitarian’. It is used to describe humanitarian actors that provide services to other humanitarian actors rather than directly to crisis-affected populations, from mapping to community engagement, accountability, data assessment or logistics assessments. H2H is loosely based on the B2B concept from the private sector. H2H members provide services to improve the way the world responds to crises, from mapping to independent needs assessments, from translation to surveys with crisis-affected people about the quality of the aid they receive.

1. Background

Complexity is increasing within organisations and for the employees working there as they try to remain relevant. Changes also seem to happen at still shorter intervals. This puts new demands on the meaning of preparedness, execution and integration of new ways of working.

1. Purpose and objective of the consultancy

Under the direction of the Director and on short term support, the consultant shall provide a coaching that will provide tools and techniques to successfully approach pressure and stress management linked to highly volatile environment.

1. Deliverables

Provide concerned staff member with up to 6 to 8 hours of one-on-one coaching sessions.

1. Duration and timing

The total expected duration to complete the assignment will be no more than 8 hours*.*

The consultant shall be prepared to complete the assignment no later than June 30th.
